The Trustee board is established and must be maintained exclusively for the Love & Action Foundation charitable purpose, being the purpose of providing money, food relief, medical aids, quality education, materials and sustainable life-changing programs or benefits for:

1. Providing immediate relief that includes food relief and medical aid to address the urgent needs of the affected communities during times of crisis.
2. Facilitating access to quality education for rural communities.
3. Implementing sustainable life-changing programs that bring about positive and lasting change in the lives of the marginalized communities.
4. Maintaining the office to serve the community and from there to organize and oversee the mission’s works of the Love & Action Foundation.
